BumpNames is an online platform that helps parents and expecting parents choose baby names using an interactive swipe system. The service includes:

• Access to name database (2,332 free names, 104,819+ with Premium)
• Game creation and sharing with partner
• Name rating and match finding
• Results saving and reviewing

3. Account Registration

To use the service, you must register using a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining account security
• All activities in your account

4. Premium Subscription

Premium access is offered with the following features:

• Access to all 104,819+ names
• Automatic Premium access for your partner
• One-time lifetime payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.

Refund policy: We do not offer refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

By using the service, you agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to access other accounts
• Not create multiple accounts to bypass limitations
• Not disrupt service operation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, and functionality belong to BumpNames. The name database is compiled from publicly available sources. Your ratings and game data remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Name suitability for your needs
• Complete absence of errors

We are not liable for losses resulting from use of the service.
